In an effort to make it easier, there are multiple ways to accomplish a task, which makes it easy to leave some things undone inadvertently. They even give personalized video tutorials if necessary, and sincerely try to help. We've been able to abolish many bottlenecks and staff hurdles by using this platform. Once you get past the slight, initial learning curve, the platform is easy to use too. It's been wonderful\!
