> **Vorteile**: They make everything about managing your employees payroll, benefits and compliance easy to manage. During COVID, they mobilized really quickly so that companies could have the correct reporting to file for COVID relief federal initiatives and were a huge reason why companies were able to received their relief packages. I love their UI and I think their platform is super intuitive and user friendly.

> **Nachteile**: At times, their customer support can be backed up, however you will always received a response from someone who is extremely knowledgable in the product and they will ensure your questions are answered.

> **Vorteile**: I love the integration with other HR and payroll systems like Gusto. It makes some aspects of employee management and time tracking easier. I love the geofencing feature as well.

> **Nachteile**: The ability to create custom schedules and communicate with employees while on shift is subpar. I switched from Deputy, which had that feature and is important for the type of work we do (cleaning services). Deputy was less expensive as well.
> 
> Boomr helps me better keep track of employee hours and manage payroll. But it does not help with scheduling and communication like I thought it would.

It is easy, functional, saves a lot of time after the initial setup.  There are multiple ways our employees can reach out if someone in our HR department is not available.

> **Nachteile**: At this time, I do not have any cons.  The Justworks team is always keeping our firm updated with news and other information within the platform or via email.

> **Vorteile**: The Justworks software is top-notch, very intuitive, and if there are ever any issues with it, their customer service team is always ready to help. I think the thing I like most about their software/platform is that it has eliminated so much paperwork for our business. Everything is digital and very user-friendly. Can't imagine life without it anymore\!
