Once it’s a one-stop-shop I have no doubt it will be the dominant platform of choice for prescreening and references. > > Fantastic experience. Because the tool is so user friendly, people want to use it and it improves reference turnaround time. No need to deal with clunky reference forms or waste time on scripted phone calls.
