With PurplePass' ability to add other users as a "partner," our clients can edit their event pages, view ticket sales and email customers- but all our events are streamlined under our Chabot PAC umbrella. We can also offer clients the ability to use PurplePass as their merchant account or to use their own merchant account for even more flexibility. > > **Nachteile**: As we are using the "beta" version of the software, we get to try all the new tools as they are released- but we do sometimes run into glitches, which can be inconvenient. Luckily, our PurplePass rep, Gabriel, continues to be responsive to any challenges we experience, always coming up with new suggestions for ways to meet client expectations and passing our feedback along to the development team. > > Before 2020 we allowed our rental clients to ticket their own events with whichever platform they chose. It was a challenge to make the change from our previous, more familiar, ticketing system to a less familiar one, but the staff at PurplePass was available to answer each one of my questions. My needs were fairly complex, at least they were in my eyes as I had several categories of customers who needed to receive discounts at a variety of different rates. The PurplePass system allowed me to create a coupon code for each customer type and for each individual theatre patron. The PurplePass ticketing system is a robust one with many features. I find I am still learning about new features all the time. The PurplePass people send out newsletters regularly to help their clients familiarize themselves with new possibilities that can improve sales. Without the help of the team at PurplePass, I'm sure I would've been unable to meet my customers' needs in a timely fashion. The PurplePass team also provided ticket scanners and other pieces of equipment for our use. They have just upgraded our equipment and I am very pleased with the result. In addition, the PurplePass team has been especially helpful during a transition between ticket sales personnel, providing personalized training for my new ticket sales person. It's this level of customer service that has made my PurplePass experience such a positive one. The software itself allows me to create an attractive online event that is easy for my customers to navigate. The system provides the option for my customer to print a PDF copy of their ticket or to bring a QR code to the theater for scanning. Social media links, mass mailings, and robust data reporting are just a few of the services provided by the PurplePass platform. While no ticketing system is perfect, the PurplePass system, along with the technical support that they provide, has proven to be an invaluable asset to my Theatre program.
