> **Nachteile**: No customer service\! Like Zero customer service... if u have a problem on Friday... you have to wait till monday to get a call, use to be great\! They dropped most ALL there customer service in 2023 and we pay them 500 a month for software and 1100-1500 a month in credit cards

> **Vorteile**: The review prompting KILLS\! We have gone from 7 Google reviews to 200+ reviews and just one year using Daysmart Pet. We also see less no shows due to their auto-reminder texts and are busier than ever. They system is easy to for both the front desk staff and the groomers.
