Über Betterteam
Betterteam ist ein Cloud-basiertes Einstellungstool für kleine Unternehmen, mit dem Nutzer den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess von Anfang bis Ende verwalten können. Nutzer können Stellenanzeigen erstellen, offene Stellen auf mehreren Jobseiten veröffentlichen und bewerben, Berufsportale zu ihren eigenen Websites hinzufügen, Online-Bewerbungen akzeptieren, Kandidaten prüfen und verfolgen usw.
Betterteam bietet Nutzern eine zentrale Plattform, über die Anzeigen über mehrere Stellenbörsen hinweg verwaltet werden können, darunter LinkedIn, Monster und Indeed. Stellenanzeigen können mit dem Point-and-Click-Builder erstellt werden, der automatisch die erforderlichen Fähigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten auf der Grundlage der Jobtitel und Beschreibungen vorschlägt. Stellenbörsen und Jobportale können mithilfe von Drag-and-Drop-Designern und einer Reihe mobiler Vorlagen auch ohne Programmierkenntnisse zu Websites des Unternehmens hinzugefügt werden. Bewerbungen können dann unmittelbar über das Karriereportal mit einem Webbrowser auf einem beliebigen Gerät eingereicht werden.
Sobald die Bewerbungen eingegangen sind, können Nutzer alle Bewerber an einem zentralen Ort verwalten. Das Dashboard ermöglicht Nutzern das Anzeigen, E-Mailen, Bewerten, Kommentieren und Anzeigen von Kandidaten sowie das Nachverfolgen der Phase des Einstellungsprozesses, die jeder Kandidat erreicht hat. Interne Notizen ermöglichen die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teammitgliedern. Die Lebensläufe werden innerhalb des Kandidatenprofils dargestellt und geben allen Nutzern Zugriff, ohne dass Dateianhänge heruntergeladen werden müssen. Betterteam ermöglicht es Nutzern außerdem, in ihrem E-Mail-Posteingang auf Kandidaten zu reagieren, wobei eine Reihe von E-Mail-Clients unterstützt werden, z. B. Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo und Hotmail.

Excellent! We receive hundreds of eligble resumes everytime we post a new job opening.

Vorteile
Our work load is constantly changing and we could need more staff at a moments notice and Betterteam has allowed us to post a job one day and have hundreds of applications in our inbox the very next day. Whenever we have run into a problem or had a question (even before we signed up) their customer support has been supportive and gotten us an answer or corrected the issue within 24 hours. I would reccomend this service to anyone looking to hire new staff.
Nachteile
The only complaint we have had about this software is that we get a lot of repeat applicants who are not actually looking for work but are just applying everywhere for unemployement purposes. I wish that there was a way for Betterteam to divert applications that we had marked as declined previously in our earlier job listings.

Vorteile
Our team uses two different types of applicant tracker and BetterTeam seems to be much organized and is better than its competitors. It has a more organized layout and better management options for job postings and received applications. It is easier to use as well.
Nachteile
Our team found no disadvantages upon using BetterTeam so far. It has aided us well in our tasks.

They have assisted in contacting me back, no matter what I need, they are always willing and able to walk and talk me thru it! I help make it easier to choose people, it is so easy to use that you can access most of the cover letters and resumes in a single day. The customer service of works excellent. It is very easy to use and the platform is easy to understand. The price is also very attractive.
Vorteile
Sending to several tables Ease of use, it is very simple you get a lot of answers because the ad goes to several places. You can add easily. More applicants are obtained. Very good that you email the resumes directly, makes the applicants easier to follow and organize.
Nachteile
None in the tests I do, I still do not have any complaints. You can improve the part by listing the starting salaries for the candidates. I think there is a better tool than this for this purpose.

Betterteam is the best job posting site I have ever used

Vorteile
Betterteam really does get your job posting out there, I have received massive amount of candidates in a short amount of time, I am cancelling all other subscriptions from all other sites and only use Betterteam. Very pleased.
Nachteile
The free trial is over that would be my only con. Its a great service for hiring
