It handles every aspect of running a gala event that we need: ticket sales, seating, items to purchase (outside the auction items), donations, silent and live auction items, online catalog and bidding, and invoicing. Just a dream from start to finish. We purchase the Silver edition, and it more than pays for itself. I find Auctria.com to be far and above any other online auction/gala systems I've researched.

I wish checkout was automatic at the close of the auction. I wish bidding rules, i.e. starting bid, bid increment, and buy-it-now price could be set globally and then adjusted as necessary, rather than having to set them all before the auction launches. I also wish it were a little easier to bring items to the front. Maybe the highlight function could be part of the online auction, rather than just a kiosk mode function?
