SkyBoss ist eine cloudbasierte Managementlösung für Service-Dispositionsfirmen, die Mitarbeitende/Techniker im Außendienst zu Kunden schicken. Die Software ist vorwiegend auf die Anforderungen von Sanitär-, Elektro- und HLK-Betrieben ausgerichtet und dient sowohl als Back-Office als auch als Dispositionszentrum. Die Plattform unterstützt auch Mobilgeräte für den Remote-Zugriff. Zu den Funktionen gehören umfassende Zeitplanungsfunktionen, die in einem intuitiven Drag-and-drop-Kalender organisiert sind. Dieser informiert alle Beteiligten, wo ihre Einsatzorte liegen, welche Kundenarbeitsaufträge zugewiesen sind und welche Techniker noch verfügbar sind. Aufträge werden nach den richtigen Fähigkeitsstufen zugewiesen, mit detaillierten, papierlosen Anweisungen, Fortschrittsverfolgung und der Ausgabe optimierter Routenpläne, mit denen Anrufe schneller und zu geringeren Kosten bearbeitet werden können. Durch die Darstellung von Technikerstandorten auf Umkreiskarten für die Arbeitsorte können Hub-Administratoren oder Callcenter-Betreiber einen visuellen Terminplaner anzeigen, der mit GPS-Software voll integriert ist, um die Mitarbeitenden so zu verfolgen und effizient zu leiten.
Neben der Nachverfolgung von Technikern bietet SkyBoss Customer-Relationship-Management-Funktionen zur Speicherung durchsuchbarer Servicedatensätze. Nutzer können Kontaktinformationen, spezielle Anweisungsnotizen, Türcodes usw. protokollieren. Zur Nachverfolgung verspäteter Zahlungen können sie auf Informationen zur Abrechnung und Rechnungsstellung zugreifen. Rechnungen können sicher und konsistent mit Tools erstellt werden, um die Korrektheit sicherzustellen, bevor Zahlungen per Bargeld, Scheck oder Kreditkarte im Außendienst verarbeitet werden können. Weitere Funktionen sind Aufgabenmanagement, Angebotserstellung und Kalkulation, integrierte Berichterstattungsoptionen und die mobile SkyBoss-App für iPad für optimierten Remote-Zugriff.

Vorteile
I own Service Olympians and have been using SkyBoss for a while now. What i like the most is they are always innovative and looking for great things to add to their platform. They are very friendly and always will to help if anything arises. You will not find a better system for the money! I looked at many different systems and most systems that are anywhere near the quality of SkyBoss cost ten times or more. I highly reccomend SkyBoss!
Nachteile
The only thing that i would say is a CON, is the same that i said was a PRO. I wish they had more things on the platform, but again, you i will pay ten times to have that. With that said, they always listen to suggestions and wants and will try and accommodate them if enough people want the same thing and it is actually worthwhile.

Nachteile
Like any software, SkyBoss also has its limitations for some businesses who needs highly specialized requirements. For Me their is no issues but you can check it's all features and make Decision whether it's fit for your business or not.

Price and ease of use with no contract is what sold me. Customer service is great during Pacific time business hours
Nachteile
Difficult to send an estimate and then delete non purchased items for invoicing.
To put job notes of work done, they need to be entered into the recomendations box.
