I would suggest Hemlane if you just want to get your rent collected. You are better off getting a professional on your own if you need anything else from them and their are a lot of apps and services out their much cheaper for this . They try to seperate themselves online as a better alternative to ripoff property management companies but they are no better and should not offer upgraded services that they cant stand by.
