Über Gingr
Gingr ist eine Reservierungssoftware für die Betreuung von Haustieren, Haustierpensionen, Trainer, Haustiersalons und bietet Funktionen für Haustiere, Kunden- und Mitarbeiterverwaltung, Marketing sowie POS-Funktionen. Mit dem Ziel, eine umfassende Verwaltungslösung für Haustierservices bereitzustellen, integriert Gingr Reservierungen, Kalender, Kundenprofile, Zahlungsabwicklung, Kundenengagement und mehr.
Durch die Bereitstellung von Tools für die Erstellung einer angepassten Startseite und eines Kundenportals ermöglicht Gingr den Unternehmen, ihren Kunden in Form von Online-Reservierungsformularen die Kontrolle zu geben. Formulare können vollständig personalisiert werden und Kunden können ihre Reservierungsanfragen direkt über das Kundenportal zur Genehmigung innerhalb des Gingr-Systems stellen.
Um die Organisation zu verbessern, erstellt Gingr Kunden- und Tierprofile mit praktischen Informationen, Bildern, Impfdetails, Formularen zu Unfällen/Vorfällen, Reservierungen und Buchungsverlauf. Mit integrierten E-Mail-, Fax- und SMS-Tools können Unternehmen innerhalb des Systems Aktualisierungen und automatische Erinnerungen an ihre Kunden senden und deren gesamte Kommunikation protokollieren. Gingr fungiert auch als POS für die Abwicklung von Kreditkartenzahlungen und umfasst die elektronische Signatur, das automatische Senden von Quittungen und das Scannen von Barcodes für eine einfache Aufzeichnung.
Zur Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterführung bietet Gingr eine integrierte Zeitschaltuhr, Teamkalender, To-Do-Listen, tägliche Checklisten und Provisionsberichte, damit alle Teammitglieder die Aktivitäten vollständig einsehen und ihre Aufgaben verstehen können.

Simply amazing. We tried out many software programs and selected Gingr because of the support and constant updates!
Vorteile
I can't say enough great things about Gingr. The support is hands down amazing and is very responsive to feedback. The software is very easy to customize and has many great features. All dog daycares run differently, and the folks at Gingr have addressed that. It is almost like having custom software at a fraction of the cost.
Nachteile
There are always things I would do differently, but they are all minor and there are easy work arounds!

I love how I can keep a good eye on everything that's happening within our facility from wherever I am. With the tools in Gingr we've restructured our daycare rates and packages and have seen an overall increase of 25% in daycare revenues. It's a tighter system than the one we had before, and revenues don't fall through the cracks as with the old system. It's so easy to customize in so many ways. The manner in which they strive to add additional features and make existing ones even more usable continues to impress me. Built in communication tools are everywhere so that all the information is readily available for whoever needs access to it. It's state of the art and they strive to keep it so.
Vorteile
This is so much more than just a reservation and POS system. It's a very comprehensive program that facilitates excellent communication, organization, and streamlines processes. If they haven't thought of it yet, they likely will, as they continue to add features as fast as they can think of and integrate them within the program. I was skeptical at first about tech support being entirely online, and that's proven to work very well. They excel at customer service and have been very responsive to the handful of requests I've made for features. The integrated tip feature has increased employee tips tenfold to the point they're a significant contribution to our employee's paychecks.
Nachteile
The financials took a little getting used to, and their integration with QBO is taking awhile. I understand that though and appreciate their position of wanting to be certain they do it well. I've had experiences with other programs that integrate poorly and leave messes to clean up. It's worth waiting if it's done well. I don't like how their credit card processing rates are set up. They will match existing rates, and if we go out and look for better rates they will match the best we can find. As anyone who's ever gone shopping for credit cards knows, that is such a hassle, and I find it very disingenuous that we have to pretend to shop around in order to be offered better rates. If I'm going to go through that trouble, I will simply switch processors or divert some of my processing in another direction.

We switched from another software to Gingr and were so excited for their extra features!! It was confusing at first, but we understand with anything new there is a learning curve. However, we quickly realized it's not the learning curve that was hindering us. It's the software itself. The biggest complaint are the financials. I can't even begin to cover how terribly this is set up this is!! And, one of their support team told me that this has been a HUGE complaint from people! Yet it was never fixed!!!! And speaking of their support team, they don't even provide you a phone number to contact them, and if they call you regarding an issue, it comes in from an unknown number. Excuse me, but if I am paying monthly, you'd think I could have the ability to contact a person via phone rather than chatting it out online. Long story short - they made the product pretty, but so difficult to use. And if you're providing a product for a business, you'd better make sure that the financials are easy to understand and accurate. I have money that I don't even know where it went and why it's off. And no one ever got back to me as was promised. I wouldn't even have written this review had they actually seemed to care about our concerns. But instead, they didn't show up to a meeting they set with my employees at a conference. Take care of your customers, please. I hope y'all are able to turn this around because it COULD be a good product. Although we will never switch back even if it is improved.

While Gingr is highly customizable regarding pricing and pricing rules, we advised you that your highly variable pricing would likely not work well. It is clear this would negatively impact your reports and make things confusing for you. Your pricing model is unique, and that's okay.

While we are upfront in that we do not offer phone support, we did call you when you needed a call, yet we haven't heard from you since then (9 mo. Ago). We did personally meet with your manager at PB&D show in Nov. & made changes to the app based on your requests.

I thought it was a fantastic program, however the setup should have been simpler. I appreciate the flexibility and adaptability. The staff's disinterest really put me off. When you've paid your dues, the relationship is over.
Vorteile
It's a great tool that helps you feel accomplished while improving efficiency in service delivery. Several components of this curriculum deserve appreciation. excellent for keeping track of clients' schedules, money, and inventory at a daycare or grooming business.
Nachteile
I really value GINGR's consistent service upgrades. Ad hoc reports and the reporting process aren't very user-friendly. However, new features are consistently being implemented. My only complaint about the program is that on sometimes I have to send in a page more than once.

Fantastic system is great to work with easy to search, everything's in front of you I love how you can put employee notes I love how we can put incident reports I love how we can upload pictures I think your is system is awesome overall I give it a big fat 10 hands down the best if I could give you better than a 10 I would please work on the tips.

Ginger is fantastic for searching for clients it's a great system we have now been using it for 2 years we deal with a 150 dogs on a daily basis it always run smoothly it's easy for the customers with check outs to have their cards on file was fantastic they're not fumbling for their card anymore or running outside to get their credit card there's so many good features about Ginger I'm really not sure which ones to touch bases on, I thank you guys for an awesome system. Keep up the great work Thank You for everything.
Nachteile
The one feature I don't like about gingr is the tips we cannot separate tips to each individual I think Ginger should have a drop down Box That has a link with groomers names, and each of the dog trainers so that at the end of the 2 week payroll we don't have to go over all the tips and figure out who gets what? If you go to one of your competitors it's called kennel suite they have that feature that works really well that is the only thing that I'm not happy with on your system other than that it is fantastic. Again thank you very much for everything and have a Happy New Year.
