## Nutzerbewertungen

### "Proven results" — 5.0/5

> **Jennifer** | *7. Dezember 2022* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Ease of creating campaign pages. donor managementeasy to pull reportsrecurring donation portal is super helpful set upflow of site is easyvery responsive support team.QR CODES had expanded our ability to fundraise onlineSaw a huge jump in online gifts since starting with donorbox\!Saved on employee time and headaches\!
>
> **Nachteile**: After donation page should be HTLM editable to allow for creative control. Ability to deploy a thank you video through the donor management system, that would then update through Salesforce (maybe by creating a link to the video?). That would be a big benefit.

### "“A Simple, Reliable, and Donor-Friendly Fundraising Platform”" — 5.0/5

> **Nicole** | *16. September 2025* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Donorbox is extremely user-friendly and makes it simple to set up donation forms and campaigns quickly. The customization options allow us to stay on-brand, and the recurring donation features make it easy to encourage sustainable giving. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful.
>
> **Nachteile**: Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller nonprofits. The reporting/dashboard could also be more robust and intuitive.
>
> Overall, Donorbox has streamlined our fundraising efforts and provided a reliable, professional-looking platform for donors. It’s been a great tool for growing our monthly giving program and managing campaigns with ease. While there’s room for improvement in analytics and pricing flexibility, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

### "Not for the little guy" — 3.0/5

> **Noelle** | *8. Februar 2026* | Bildungsmanagement | Empfehlungsbewertung: 1.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Easy to use. The platform is simple enough. Not confusing. It was ok. Nothing special. Nothing fantastic. It was good .
>
> **Nachteile**: It’s expensive. Most nonprofits have no money. People think donations are flowing for all. A lot of us don’t have it.
>
> It was decent. Wish it was geared toward new nonprofits more. Wish they made it simple to get a lending source that didn’t include using your social. It’s a nonprofit. Why should anyone have to put their personal info out there

### "Donorbox has been a gamechanger\!" — 5.0/5

> **Shane** | *16. September 2025* | Musik | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I love that Donorbox allows people to donate flexibly: with any amount, any payment method, and even on a monthly or yearly basis if desired. I also love that it can be a flexible and attractive widget that can be placed anywhere on my website\!
>
> **Nachteile**: There's not much to dislike about Donorbox, but my least favorite thing is probably that I have to pay for it. :) Also, I wish it were easier for donors (and for me) to cancel donor payment plans.
>
> Donorbox has been a gamechanger for our organization. It has allowed us to bring in so much more income over the past three years because of its flexibility.

-----

### "Co-Founder, President and Treasurer" — 4.0/5

> **Eric** | *16. September 2025* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I love the end of year donation letters. This year i got them off to all donors by the 3th if January. Donorbox makes this simple and easy\! Previous yeaes, using a variety of other methods, it was always the last week of January.
>
> **Nachteile**: The prices are subject to increase withiut notice. This is very disconcerting and somethibg i hope Donorbox will consider before raising prices again. (Ideally. The rate should be grandfathered)
>
> Overall very glad i made the change\! I continue to keep an eye on ither CRM software, but will not make any changes away from Donorbox at this time.
