Deployment status is inaccurate on timeout failures. When a patch fails with "The wait operation timed out" and the retry count is exhausted, the deployment still shows as "In Progress (failed)" instead of "Failed." This is misleading and makes incident triage harder in production environments. The mobile application is unreliable. Tapping a tab causes the entire app to freeze and become unresponsive, making mobile management effectively unusable. Support explanations lack depth. Agent configuration is opaque — better documentation of all tunable parameters would give administrators more control and confidence. The mobile app needs significant stability work before it can be considered fit for use.
