Practi is a web-based learning management system (LMS) which enables small businesses to create online and offline mobile training courses. With mobile responsive technology, Practi allows users to access courses and content from any location, at any time on any desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. Practi includes a native mobile app for iOS and Android, giving learners access to published courses on the move. With Practi’s authoring tool, users can convert slideshows into mobile microlearning content. Practi’s self-authoring package supports an unlimited number of courses, students, and learning analytics. Real-time reports and customizable dashboards allow users to visualize and measure business performance. By scheduling reports, Practi helps users identify effective learners and gain insight into their KPIs. Practi offers a number of customization options, allowing users to pay for custom branded content and custom reports per course. Custom integration and change management features aim to enhance flexibility. Users can access ‘off the shelf’ microlearning templates to enhance productivity. Vorteile
This was our company's first crack at a training tool like this, and we found Practi folks were helpful, professional and we believe their system to be top notch of its type.
The software follows closely on the principal that asking the right questions (with some repetition) on a topic before learning about the topic is the most effective way to learn and retain.
Nachteile
Many of our employees struggled with 'getting' and warming up to the non-traditional way of learning that this is.
The tool is a fun, great way to instill training specifically on what questions are being asked through the tool, but not the depth that may be behind the topic of the question.
