> **Vorteile**: It is super easy to setup and use. The attendees liked how it doesn't email them a bunch of junk emails. The features are great for a smaller size conference or meeting. Great value for your money.

> **Nachteile**: Attendees claim their profile, so anyone could go in and claim someone. We had someone claim someone on accident and it was a pain to figure out how to remove that permission.
> 
> Our experience was great. The support was awesome. The admin side was super easy. The attendees really liked using the app. We will use Yapp again for all of our smaller conferences\!
