> **Nachteile**: We have technical problems with the software at least once a week. Their customer support team is very helpful, but the frequency in which we have to contact them is pretty ridiculous. They have been transitioning from an older version, Enterprise, to the current version, Central and there have been a lot of issues during this upgrade.
> 
> There are definite pros and cons. When it's working properly, it's great\! But it seems like the amount of time it works properly continues to decrease.
