> **Nachteile**: The inability to amend Word documents, like in Sharepoint, and having to reload changed versions. This is something Harbour Software, with their DocAssembler product, offers. Also, I would like to use it more widely, but the cost of each separate committee is prohibitive for a not-for-profit.

> **Vorteile**: It is very easy to use and makes the admin part of board hui very easy.  Love the reduction in manual formatting mahi when doing manual board packs.  Also the auto reminders and reduction in emails required to follow up as it is automated.

> **Nachteile**: One thing that comes to mind is the inability to take minutes inside the action point section.  We quite often spend a bit of time discussing actions and I have to go in and out to find a place to make those notes i.e. general business.
