Cliq ist eine Cloud-basierte Team-Kommunikations- und Collaboration-Lösung von Zoho, die Team-Chat und Audio umfasst und Videoanrufe, Dateifreigabe und mehr. Mit Cliq können Benutzer private und Teamkonversationskanäle für die Verwaltung mehrerer Themen, Diskussionen und Projekte ohne lange E-Mail-Threads erstellen. Anbieter und Kunden können eingeladen werden, Kanälen beizutreten, und Benutzer können Kanäle löschen oder entfernen, wenn Diskussionen abgeschlossen sind. Benutzer können auch private Nachrichten außerhalb von Teamkanälen austauschen. Per Drag-and-Drop-Datei-Upload können Benutzer Dokumente, Bilder und mehr mit ihren Teamkollegen teilen. Komplette Chat-Historien können durchsucht werden, mit unbegrenzter Speicherung von Nachrichten und Dateien.
Zoho Cliq unterstützt auch Audio- und Videoanrufe, einschließlich Videokonferenzen für bis zu 100 Teilnehmer. Benutzer können innerhalb desselben Fensters zwischen Videoanrufen und Team-Chats wechseln, und Cliq begrenzt Live-Audio auf zwei gleichzeitige Lautsprecher, um Verwirrung zu vermeiden. Der Anruf-Gastgeber hat die volle Kontrolle darüber, welche Teilnehmer sprechen können und die Teilnehmer können mit einem einzigen Klick sprechen. Vorteile
Through Cliq, it is very easy to make calls and set up our availability. I like the ease with which I can communicate with my peers using Cliq.
Nachteile
While sharing my screen or on-call with someone, the software freezes for a couple of minutes and resumes back. This glitch makes my experience not so great with Cliq

Vorteile
It is a safe and secure platform where we can message and call our internal employees anytime. We can attend the meeting or organize the meeting with others.
Nachteile
Data consumption is very high. The interface needs to be better. Sometimes we will not get a notification when your not using the application

A good team communication app for managing simple communications with the teams.

Vorteile
- Very simple and easy to use UI
- Tabbed and Split chat is one of the best features that is not available in other competitors, which really helps in managing the chats between multiple windows

- The pricing seems higher for the value provided
- The integrations are very less compared to the competitors.

I get the benefit of chatting with my coworkers without leaving my applications I use on a daily basis.
Vorteile
works great on a desktop or laptop, it is built right into the Zoho CRM, so when I have a question for my co-workers I know they see it right away when I send them a message through Cliq
Nachteile
phone app either I haven't tried it or it sucks really bad. I'm not sure which it is. I hope they make it a little easier soon

Overall, It's a welcome upgrade from what we were using previously (Telegram). Our whole team is unified in one place and we're able to collaborate much more quickly.
Vorteile
As with all products in the Zoho One Suite, my favorite part is how deeply Cliq integrates with the rest of our tools. I get new messages for every new paid invoice, new leads in the CRM, new appointments with customers etc. It's deeply configurable and can do pretty much anything that Slack can do.
Nachteile
It's tedious to set up. Nothing Zoho makes is EASY out of the box. They take a bit of time to figure out and customize. Cliq is no different. We're still barely scratching the surface on what Cliq is capable of because we haven't invested the resources to figure out all the options!
