> **Vorteile**: We loved the ability to tracking time spent on specific clients and break that down into tasks and projects for that client. Timesheet can easily be submitted to supervisor for approval, making payroll processing easier. Integrates well with Asana and Quickbooks for billing our project specific clients. Before Clockify, many times revenue would fall between cracks in reporting time, so it really reduces revenue loss. Also, Clockify was a big help in tracking workloads, employee productivity, and expenses.

> **Nachteile**: Not good for mobile employees as it doesn't have GPS tracking. Manual entry of time led to a couple of time where employee reporting was inaccurate. Strict monitoring is required.

> Overall, I found Clockify to be very efficient, both in functionality and cost effectiveness. It improved project management, including when we used freelancers. We were able to identify bottlenecks in productivity and optimizing our workforce.

> **Nachteile**: Sometimes when sending reports it can be easy to forget to change the settings to "last two weeks" and it seems to be defaulted to the last time I used it? Not sure, but I have accidentally downloaded the wrong report - possibly just user error.

> Overall, I'm satisfied with this application and am thankful that we switched to it. We have used many tools over the years and this one has been the easiest.

> Overall, because the company was a startup, clockify probably wasnt utilized to its full potential, but had a lot of value and potential to be a great application for a business with more complex departments
