Fracttal ist eine cloudbasierte Wartungsmanagement-Software und Enterprise Asset Management-Plattform für das Internet der Dinge. Fracttal kombiniert Software und Hardware durch M2M-Kommunikation (Machine to Machine), Telematik und eine Technologie zur Vermögensverwaltung. Fracttal bietet vier Produkte: Fracttal CMMS, Mobile CMMS, Fracttal Box und Fracttal on Board.
Fracttal CMMS hilft Wartungsmanagern dabei, mit dem integrierten Business Intelligence- und Reporting-Modul Einblick in die Teamleistung zu erhalten. Die Kanban-Board-Funktion gibt Unternehmen einen Überblick über den Arbeitsauftragsfortschritt, und der virtuelle Planer ermöglicht es Nutzern, Wartungspläne zu automatisieren und zu standardisieren und Benachrichtigungen für bevorstehende Arbeiten zu erhalten. Fracttal verbindet sich mit ERP-Systemen (Enterprise Resource Planning) von Drittanbietern und die API erleichtert die Integration mit einer breiten Palette von Unternehmenssoftware.
Die mobilen Anwendungen von Fracttal für iOS und Android ermöglichen es den Außendienstteams, Daten von der Baustelle aus abzufragen und zu aktualisieren. Nutzer können auch den Status von Arbeitsaufträgen ändern, Fotos von abgeschlossenen Arbeiten oder Pannen machen, Vermögenswerte mit Hilfe von QR-Codes identifizieren und über die mobilen Anwendungen Echtzeit-Benachrichtigungen erhalten. Das mobile CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) verfügt auch über einen Offline-Modus.
Die Fracttal Box kann mit jedem beliebigen Gerät verbunden werden und bietet Unternehmen Echtzeit-Informationen über Vermögenswerte und -zustände, damit sie sich bei Wartungsarbeiten darauf konzentrieren können, wo die eigentlichen Probleme liegen. Nutzer können Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit, Stromstärke oder Vibrationen von jedem beliebigen physischen Vermögenswert überwachen.
Fracttal on Board ist eine End-to-End-Integration für die Flottenüberwachung und -wartung. Unternehmen können ihre Fahrzeuge, Fahrer und Routen im Auge behalten und so unbefugte Benutzung, gefährliches Fahrverhalten und Unfälle durch zu schnelles Fahren vermeiden.

In a very short time I had the facility to interact with all the assets present throughout the institution where I work, since they are distributed throughout the country, I was able to easily contact most of the human resources involved in maintenance management without having to move from my workplace.
Fracttal facilitates your work in current contingencies.
Vorteile
This type of platform has come to revolutionize the way we solve problems regardless of the asset that it is, Fracttal has provided me with the necessary tools to respond in a timely manner to work requests, corrective maintenance, and preventive that medical equipment ( assets). Add, the quality of the services provided has improved significantly.
Nachteile
All the tools are available on the web platform but in the app option you cannot interact with all the tools.

We have a complete and structured maintenance department, Fracttal makes this possible. with more than 1000 equipments to manage. Fracttal allows us to do preventive maintenance at time.
Vorteile
Easy to handle.
Cloud based system, so you can use it anytime, anywhere, no additional hardware required, just your computer or smartphone.
You can export almost anything and create useful reports for your company.
Nachteile
There are some issues that could be fixed, for example: Creating massive work orders with several task selected, it makes you to do a lot of "clicks". you have to select human resorces for every task, it could be improved.

The interface of the software is quite friendly and intuitive, in a short time you can learn to master it completely.

Nachteile
