April 2024* | Bekleidung & Mode | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: - easy to use admin - easy to use for employees - simple > > **Nachteile**: There is nothing I don't like about rotacloud. > > We used rotacloud and left due to the HR provider having their own rota planner, however this was short lived and we soon came back. ----- ### "Excellent product, makes managing staff hours and holidays really easy" — 5.0/5 > **Jo** | *29. Mai 2025* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Easy to set up, easy to use and if any queries, easy to get an answer quickly\! We wouldn\`t be without it\! > > **Nachteile**: I would have liked to have it linked to Sage Cloud Payroll however its not a problem and just takes a couple more steps to run the payroll. > > We tried another company before which really put us off rota software however, as a small team we really wanted to streamline our processes and with some trepidation tried to find another provider. RotaCloud offered what we wanted and suits our small team. The staff love having all the data on their phones for hours worked and holidays. It makes booking and keeping track of holidays really easy and I also use RotaCloud to keep HR documents attached to each member of staff and log HR issues. We wouldn\`t be without it\! ----- ### "Central Cab Care Ltd" — 4.0/5 > **Rachel** | *14. April 2021* | Versicherung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The functionality to get effective information for processing payroll and support business management analysis. > > **Nachteile**: It lacks a little flexibility as not all our workforce are rota-based and so functionality and reporting can be limited for parts of our workforce. > > It was easy to set up and for all stakeholders to use and understand. It has definitely filled a much needed gap for communicating working hours, absence management, payroll reporting and has increased the availability of management information. ----- ### "5\* Staff Planning Tool\!\!" — 5.0/5 > **Sarah** | *3. The system is good value for money, easy to navigate and on the rare occasion that we have had to contact the team our issues have been resolved quickly \& professionally.
