Quantivate is a provider of cross-industry Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software solutions typically adopted by banks, credit unions, manufacturers, retailers, insurance providers etc. Centered on the SaaS-based GRC Software Suite that integrates seven modules all also available standalone, the product aligns core practices to coherently manage GRC programs from a centralized, Single Sign On (SSO) environment. Enterprise Risk Management and the more targeted IT Risk Management modules both support the identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation of perceived business risk, leveraging a choice of process-based or scenario-based assessment modeling. Vendor Management promises to deliver a comprehensive survey of vendor contacts, relationships and their risk levels while Business Continuity standardizes incident handling and recovery plans in the event of disaster. Regulatory Compliance tracks the latest updates in corporate law, industry standards and internal practices to enforce process accountability, with an Internal Audit module designed to streamline the inward-looking review procedure. Complaint Management then aids the management of external reputational risk with tools for effectively recording customer complaints, tracking resolution in real time, answering common complaints with pre-built templates, analyzing problem product trends and more.

As a companion to the suite and the Business Continuity module, the Quantivate Mobile App is also available for iOS and Android devices, providing remote support for Quantivate account holders. The app allows individual users and teams more responsive, convenient access to Business Continuity (BC) plans to apply the most appropriate response to incidents. Syncing the most up to date plans and updating staff with push notifications to ensure consistency of procedure, features also include quick access to contact details for vendors and key personnel.
