Redkix is an all-in-one communications and collaboration platform for teams with email integration, private and group chats, instant messaging, and more. Designed to enhance communication between employees and external collaborators, Redkix works as a central platform for communicating ideas through real-time chat channels, sharing content such as images, videos, and links, and integrating with email in order to communicate with external contacts.

With Redkix users can create channels of conversation based around topics, projects, teams, or more, and invite an unlimited number of members. Private and public channels can be created in order to control who can gain access to content within each channel. Users can invite more participants to channels simply by searching for their email address within the Redkix platform, and even those who are not a member of Redkix can be added into the conversation through integration with major email clients including Outlook, Gmail, and Office 365. Email integration means that non-Redkix users can receive messages sent from within the platform as a normal email, and their email responses are sent directly to the relevant Redkix channel.

One-to-one, real-time messages can be sent between colleagues and team members for instant communication, and .GIFs, images, videos, and documents can be sent within the chats. Users can see who is online, who is typing a message, and more, and conversations are archived and searchable so that content can be found at any time. The all-in-one platform facilitates the management and tracking of all communications, including instant messages within Redkix and external emails, and prioritization algorithms ensure that the most important messages are displayed first.

Great software for people who can't get out of email

Vorteile

Redkix is a unique email program that solves what I found to be a major problem for my small company - getting everyone to join another software program for communication. No matter how hard I tried, things still get sent and communicated over email (people are lazy...)While I just started using Redkix, it seems to offer a good solution to combine internal and external groups and email in the same platform, enabling people who use redkix and don't use it to get the same clear communication.

Nachteile

I noticed several small things. For example, its hard to change the formatting of the text in an email. I also use google drive, so its an extra step to save a document to google drive or share it with someone. Also, as I'm trying to get better at using it and teach others, but I can't find any good tutorials.

Vorteile

Ease of Use, Customer Support. In just a few weeks we Redkix has made itself invaluable to our company. It has streamlined everything for our company and gives us full control on our companies communication.

Nachteile

No cons to speak of. Redkix has been incredibly useful in turning our team communication around for the better.
