Does not integrate with our HRIS, despite time wasted by all parties visiting this option to be told that it is not on the planner to develop

> **Nachteile**: No real negatives with Hireful ; there have been to odd occasion where it does not do exactly what we need but the team have actively supported with workarounds and have fed ideas into system development going forward

> **Nachteile**: There is honestly nothing I could say I don't like about Hireful.  This is the second employer I have implemented Hireful with, based on such a good experience with a previous organisation.  Both are very different organisations, but Hireful ATS is adaptable to any organisation.

> Hireful is a great product, but the biggest USP has to be the team, who I feel are all genuinely invested in ensuring we get the best from the ATS.  The Helpdesk are quick to respond to immediate queries and the Customer Success Team are exactly as they are branded.
