When one emails or calls they respond very quickly and actually listen to customer suggestions when upgrading their product. There are a few bugs and issues that occur as with any software However, they are responsive when reported and usually get them smoothed out. > > **Nachteile**: Acculynx has repeatedly raised the price for their product. They have multiple add on products but at a pretty big cost. By using some of the additional products offered you can really shoot up your bill. For a smaller company the cost is not worth the additional add on. The base cost is also reaching a point of forcing us to look elsewhere. > > Overall Acculynx is a decent product but it comes at a cost. We appreciate the flexibility of creating estimates to fit our specific needs but the cost is too high.
