The most disappointing feature was automations, where they have only limited things that can trigger an automation and limited choices for what the automation can do. You can have multiple automations but there is no priority between them so you end up having to just have one very large one. Not designed or implemented well. It is completely unacceptable that customer support tickets in the Support section are not reliably showing up in saved views. Sounds good on paper but in practice it is not there.
