Über AZZLY Rize
AZZLY Rize ist eine erstklassige EMR/EHR-Plattform für verhaltensmedizinische und Suchtbehandlungszentren mit mindestens 10 Nutzern. AZZLY Rize umfasst Tools für Büromanagement, EMR (Electronic Medical Records) und RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), um Behandlungszentren durch die Verknüpfung der Teams in der Aufnahme, Klinik und im Rechnungswesen zu unterstützen. Die Lösung erleichtert die Zusammenarbeit der Mitarbeiter, das Patientenmanagement und die Finanzverwaltung, um die Patientenergebnisse zu steigern und den Cashflow zu verbessern.
AZZLY Rize Tools für das Büromanagement, einschließlich eines zentralen Kalenders mit anpassbaren Benachrichtigungen und Erinnerungen. Nutzer können Check-ins für Gruppentermine durchführen, die Anwesenheit nachverfolgen und Notizen machen, um Patienteninformationen zentral zu verwalten. Zu den Tools für die Mitarbeiter- und Patientenkommunikation gehören ein CRM mit sicherem, konformem Instant Messaging, E-Mail und eFax sowie automatische Terminerinnerungen. Verhaltensmediziner können mit einer einfachen Stichwortsuche alle erforderlichen Informationen aus dem System abrufen sowie Zensusdaten, Einweisungsscheine, Berechtigungen usw. verwalten.
Mit dem integrierten EMR können Nutzer klinische und medizinische Dokumentation, Protokolle und Medikamente (eMORS und eMARS) verwalten. Die Mitarbeiter des Behandlungszentrums können eine aktive Patientenliste mit Patientenfragebögen einsehen und in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen die Fälle und das Behandlungsniveau verwalten, um die klinische Dokumentation zu verbessern. Zusätzliche Funktionen umfassen die Integration von Labors, anpassbare medizinische Vorlagen, eChart, eRx/Labs, e-Prescribing und eSignatures.
Zu den RCM-Tools gehören Echtzeitdiagramme und Finanzdashboards für Daten und Analysen, ein Modul für Rechnungen und Schadensfälle zur Verwaltung von Zahlungen sowie ein erweitertes Reporting-Modul für die Erfassung von Finanz-, Zensus- und Patientenaktivitäten mit Ad-hoc-Funktionen. Zu den weiteren wichtigen Tools gehören Echtzeit-Entscheidung, Anspruchsbereinigung, Code-Updates, Denial Management und integriertes Clearinghouse.

Very positive. Environments are constantly changing and Azzly supports being able to improve with these changing conditions. Actually encourages it. Allows the user to feel closely tied to the success of the product developers and owners.
Vorteile
Too many to list. Supports our needs, customer service is very responsive, steady communication flow of any upcoming industry changes, user friendly once the user is acclimated, easy learning curve, multiple features, listens to customer advice for improvements...and more.
Nachteile
Need some additional changes to existing process flow perhaps. Need some a few forms linked.

Vorteile
The support we receive from Azzly is fantastic. We've asked and they've provided. From initial demonstration through Project Management, Azzly has supported with their expertise along the entire journey.
Nachteile
Can be challenging to understand first time out but with practice, the process flow becomes easier.

We're still waiting to see. Personnel are exceptional. Product currently needs a lot of attention from developers to have the product that is being promised.
Vorteile
The staff at Azzly are very professional and easy to work with. They are pleasant and never act as if reaching out is an imposition to them.
Nachteile
The hours needed to assure accuracy of report data and waiting months for resolution to problems is not conducive to us being able to run our business efficiently

Vorteile
The flow of information from one screen to the next. The availability of information without having to leave the chart.
Nachteile
Haven't found anything yet. So far everything that we have asked for Azzly has a solution. I will have to let you know once we are working full-time in the system.
