Trakzee is a fleet management and GPS vehicle tracking solution for any type of enterprise vehicle tracking including cars, trucks, bikes, buses, and more. Users can track their fleet, monitor maintenance requirements, assess driver performance, generate custom reports, and setup alerts using the cloud-based system. Trakzee is compatible with all types of GPS tracking devices, and can be utilized on a mobile device using the native Android and iOS mobile apps.

The Trakzee dashboard allows businesses to track their most important metrics at-a-glance, with reports on maintenance status, distance, fuel, and more, as well as real-time driver status updates and a live location map showing each vehicle’s whereabouts using GPS tracking. Single or multiple drivers can be tracked within the map which shows actual location and target destinations. The dashboard also allows users to drill-down on fleet statistics, with actual, real-time statistics on daily overall travelled distance, total trips, idle duration, average speed of fleet, and more. Users are made aware of any issues regarding speed, duration, low fuel, dangerous driving, and other types of behavior via real-time SMS or email notifications in order to ensure that driver performance does not deviate from what is expected.

Trakzee facilitates live tracking of vehicles, and the progress of each individual driver can be tracked within the GPS tracking module. Users can also view the entire fleet on one page by zooming out on the map, and color-coding helps users to identify the status of drivers, with different colors for running, idle, stopped, or inactive vehicles. Geofences can be setup in order to limit driver diversions, and points of interest can be highlighted within the map. The in-built reporting and charting features allow businesses to monitor their fleet’s performance and aid decisions using live data. Reports and charts can be filtered to display the information that is most relevant to the user, and users can define specific time periods or drivers to analyze.
