Qooper ist eine Branding-fähige Mentorship-Management-Lösung für Mentoren und Mentees mit Tools für Kommunikation, Besprechungsplanung, bidirektionale Video-Chats, Engagement-Tracking, Feedback-Erfassung und mehr. Die cloudbasierte Lösung bietet Übersichten über Mentorenprogramme, Tools für die Zuordnung von Mentoren, die Planung von Veranstaltungen und das Veröffentlichen von Neuigkeiten. Mentorenprogramme können den Erfolg des Programms mit detaillierten visuellen Berichten messen. Die cloudbasierte Lösung kann auf Desktops und, mithilfe der Android- und iPhone-Apps, auf Mobilgeräten genutzt werden – zur Kommunikation unterwegs.
Die Qooper-Plattform wird mit Mentorship-Anwendungen mit Branding geliefert, über die das Programm jederzeit und von jedem Ort und Gerät aus zugänglich ist. Das Business-Logo ist bei jeder Push-Benachrichtigung vorne sichtbar. Wenn Teilnehmer die Mentoring-Anwendung herunterladen und Profile erstellen, werden sie im Qooper-Backend zur Zuordnung angezeigt. Zuordnungen können mit dem intelligenten Auto-Match-Tool vorgenommen werden, das Algorithmen und maschinelles Lernen nutzt, um optimierte Beziehungen zwischen Mentoren und Mentees gemäß ihren Bedürfnissen und Erfahrungen zu erstellen. Mentees können auch ihre eigenen Mentoren auswählen, wenn die Funktion zur Selbstzuordnung aktiviert ist. Einander zugeordnete Mentoren und Mentees erhalten nach der Zuordnung Push-Benachrichtigungen zur Einführung und können dann die Kommunikations- und Mentoring-Tools in der Mentorship-Anwendung nutzen.
Nach dem Onboarding können Mentoren und Mentees in der Qooper-Anwendung über die Chat-Funktion miteinander kommunizieren. Nutzer können Meetings entweder persönlich oder per Videoanruf in der Anwendung planen. Meetings können jederzeit von einem der beiden Teilnehmer abgesagt oder verschoben werden. Es werden Aktivitätszeitpläne bereitgestellt, die es Mentoren ermöglichen, u. a. die Einladungen, Meetings und Konversationen ihres Mentees oder Peers nachzuverfolgen. Nach jedem Meeting können Notizen und Feedback eingereicht werden, um den Fortschritt bezüglich der Ziele zu verfolgen und sicherzustellen, dass die Partnerschaft funktioniert. Es werden visuelle Berichte zu Metriken wie Engagement der Mentoren, Mitgliederaktivität, Angebot und Nachfrage von Fähigkeiten usw. zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Programmleistung zu messen.

What I like most about Qooper's mentoring software is how straight forward it is. It has all the functions you need. Nothing more, nothing less. Especially for mentors and mentees, the software is very user friendly. Next to that, it is easily manageable as an administrator as well. All the questions that might arise during the usage of the software can be easily answered by the many instruction video's Qooper offers, which saves you a lot of time. Last but not least, Qooper's customer support is excellent. I liked the fact that before having a demo, you could already explain your need and wants, which were dealt with in the demo. This personal approach was much appreciated by me and my colleagues. I look forward to starting our mentoring program and collecting our first results in the coming months!

I really like the very clean design with plenty of white space. I use Qooper on a very limited basis, accessing it only 1-3 times/month. We already have other calendaring tools so it's not really useful for any info to be displayed here (but if it somehow tied into my Outlook or Teams calendar, that would be a useful feature.
Vorteile
One place to go for all the info and comms about our Mentoring Program. I only really need to access it once/month. I like the About, Discussion, Learning and Meeting/Events options on the left. I like the Upvote feature. the Learning tab at the top was useful in finding videos I could watch
Nachteile
We already have many calendaring systems so this wasn't used much. The About page didn't really tell me much about group

If i were to rate my Qooper experience out of 10 i would give it a 10. Both me and my mentor were able to discuss things we would have maybe forgotten and we were able to set structured logical plan for my development. Lastly, with Qooper i was able to meet my mentor who has been key part to my development so far, and has really made the effort to engage with me.
Vorteile
What i enjoyed most about qooper was the ability to structure my development with my mentor, this allowed us to identify all the aspects that were needed to develop my leadership. These included things such as time management and diversity within a team. These were all important aspects in being in management which is a position i am to be in within the next 18 months.
Nachteile
Overall i think Qooper is great platform for its intended use. The only criticism i have is the websites appearance. I feel that the tiles and logos could be larger and maybe more interactive with some colour. This would make it feel more engaging and not come across dull.

I have been using this program for the last 3 years through Cox for both my book club and my mentoring. I use the app more then I use the website as it just makes it easy to have it on my phone and easy to look at!
Vorteile
I've been using this site for the last 3 years with my work for. The app and the website both work great!
Nachteile
When switching between my book club and my mentoring program its a little clunky, but its not too bad.
