Remedly has helped us automate Medicaid claims submission for two states and is helping us automate several others. Remedly developers worked directly with our Operations personnel to custom create the billing solutions we needed.

> **Nachteile**: Nothing specific to dislike. Remedly is a young company and still developing its billing solution. When a feature we needed was missing, they created it for us.

At that time the company worked with practices to integrate features to the software that were needed and has just been updating since then to stay on track with all the other EMR software.

> The customer service is like no other, they are always responsive, listen and take into consideration what we as a practice suggest.  Beyond happy with the exceptional customer service.

It also allows patients to have access to their own patient portal.
