My hope is that prospective buyers will be spared the miseries that we are going through. > > **Nachteile**: It essentially is not as advertised whatsoever and it has so many glitches and prophetic ways of reminding someone of tasks, it scrambles data particularly medications and they have to be renewed every month which is a very tedious process and where the data gets scrambled costing personnel dozens of hours trying to collate and get it back to what it was two days before the renewals. > > It is a catastrophe. It made answering questions and following up a lot easier than having paper and pencil. > > **Nachteile**: My least favorite feature was the pop up windows, that were not movable. When trying to do PA's under the medication tab, I would have to close the PA window, look up the patients information and then go back into the medication tab, reopen the PA window and answer the question.
