He was extremely patient, responsive, and thorough in walking us through everything. Initially I thought it was more of a plug and play system (which for pulling your actuals out of your ERP it can be) but when entering your forecast and budgets in, you need to ensure you have all mappings and configurations correct. I do feel a bit like we were undersold on the complexity of the system and all the mappings as it has taken us a bit a time to really learn how to get our data in a format that we want and is meaningful for us. It took more time than expected to learn how the system works and how everything flows. There is more troubleshooting that expected but it did provide more context around how the system works to be able to be more efficient and faster at finding issues.
