> **Nachteile**: disorganized for the most part. Customer service always not knowledgeable and will try to brush you off. When I am typing this, their text messaging system has been down for over a month with no ETA. Our customers start complaining and we don’t know what to do. Not to mention that they are based in east coast and cs support hours is very not friendly to west coast pharmacy.
