I just direct the client to my website and to book directly through pet manager, most of the time I don’t even have direct contact and the bookings just appear via email. I’m very busy as it is and this takes so much pressure off, without having to remember so much. I just go into my phone or laptop and see what’s on the the next day/week etc.

> The team walked me through the program when I first purchased and answered any and all silly questions I had. Even gave me very helpful tips in running by business as I was all very new to owning a Cattery. I have very quickly learnt how to use the program. I also love that I can customise days when I want time off and block bookings on my calendar.
