> **Vorteile**: I love that I can either use a chatbox or speak with a live success team member to help answer my questions. I love I can also leave a voicemail and have a person call me back. Their plans are priced competitively. They offer a variety of plans depending on your needs. Their Amplify plan is their top plan and it is pretty robust. I also appreciate that I can create my own documents. I also appreciate that they are continuously making upgrades and listen to their customers\!

> **Nachteile**: Can only have one email and one text reminder at this time. One big drawback is that we can not duplicate forms at this time. Again, I know this is a big request from many of us. I hope they are able to add this feature soon. It is a pain in the butt not being able to have multiple forms (some archived/saved for future use) and have to change an intake form to fit the season (i.e. I use one during cold/flu season and another one the rest of the year).
