When I connect via other means to the active session that RemotePC has blacked out it shows as normal. I've tried on clean systems after contacting support and the same thing occurs. Disappointing.

> **Vorteile**: After spending a year with a competitor, I loved that the switch to RemotePC was painless, quick and provided all the same functionality at a fraction of the cost with added Backup Options that are also easy to deploy and use. Something the competitor had but was not very clear on regarding the pricing. RemotePC was very direct and upfront on what you got for what you paid.
