Motive

The application is great for route tracking and especially when it comes to doing a route review it is great. I like more its ease of deployment and it doesn't need a high internet speed to work.

The only drawback is that the application has a latency in some areas less covered by the internet network but I think it's not really the fault of the application but the internet

Easy utilization for admin, violation awareness and cameras utilization of events help to better monitor and assist on drive improvement .

Not easy to use if driver not tech savy, The disconnect of equipment losing signal frequently causes alot of issues.

have no recollection or track record of calls, they never cancelled my service after MULTIPLE calls and are still charging me month-to-month. They refuse to cancel contract now that it "renewed". The biggest catch here is that they have NO notes on my previous calls and attempts to cancel. Even with time stamped emails and communication, they are not willing to take it.

It's fairly easy to set up, however it seems at times things get messed up that I did not change.

too hard to navigate without support. I don't use it every single day, so probably practice would help.
