> **Nachteile**: The billing platforms did not provide my biller with tools that they were accustom  to with EMR services.  Several tasks were done manually.

> The Jane team was very friendly and were great at the customer service provided.  The scheduling platform was amazing and easy to use but the clinical notes did not have all the necessary tool to be compliant with Medicare guidelines. I know several updates and user modifications have been made but we were not able to continue successfully with this EMR.

> **Vorteile**: It was great value for the money as a startup practice on a tight budget. Jane has all the basics: scheduling, SOAP notes, basic billing.

> **Nachteile**: As our practice grew, it wasn’t able to grow with us. We ran into issues with keeping track of patients packages and getting them scheduled for re-exams on time. The tracking was the most difficult part.
> 
> Overall, we liked the software and I think it would function well for a small or low volume practice of almost any sort
