If you have 100 emails and want to send across 10 boxes it will not automatically distribute 10/mailbox. Instead the platform only moves to the mailbox once it's limit is reached (limit set to 40 means 2.5 mailboxes are used and not 10)

> **Vorteile**: Apollo is trying really hard to be Hubspot and is failing miserably. I "guess" i liked the auto inset of contact info - but even that is spotty and the UX is terrible.

> **Nachteile**: EVERYTHING is harder than it needs to be. You cant modify data, you cant add contacts easily. sub accounts are clumsy. When you try to add a contact and there are 3 people named John Smith - do you think it would default to the person who clearly works for that company or would it default to someone in a completely different industry?  Guess which one Apollo picks.

Oh workflow based on an activity.. yeah - those dont work BUT you have to pay to get them - and then you can't downgrade. When they admit its their problem. they say "we have no idea when or if that will be fixed"
