I have never had a problem with the app, and I use it daily. It is easy to distinguish between which RSA I need as I have a few in the app that I use for different accounts. It's fantastic.

> **Nachteile**: I have not had any difficulty at all. I used to prefer a hard token, but this app makes using the soft token easier and convenient.
