April 2023* | Computer- & Netzwerksicherheit | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: WPS is a very comprehensive Office suite that is compatible with Microsoft Office suite allowing you to edit and save all document formats. The interface is very familiar and easy to navigate. I also like cloud syncing and file sharing which allows me to access my documents anywhere at any time. The flexibility of the mobile app helps me to work from any device. > > **Nachteile**: While WPS Office provides compatibility with Microsoft Office formats, it may have limitations in terms of integration with other third party software compared to other office suites. > > Overall, my experience with WPS Office has been positive, offering a comprehensive suite of productivity tools with a familiar interface, advanced editing,g features, and convenient cloud syncing. However, the limitations of the free version and potential limitations in third-party integration should be considered depending on individual requirements. ----- ### "Good product as office suite option" — 4.0/5 > **Leigh** | *12. Februar 2024* | Unternehmensberatung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I use the product as an alternative to MS Office, the standard Office Tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) all work well and I find the UI less cumbersome than the newer versions of MS Office. I also use the PDF editing tool and find it quite handy. > > **Nachteile**: Although WPS comes with its own cloud storage service, and from what I can tell it works fine (limited experience) their integration with the bigger players in this space (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc) could be better. > > My overall experience has actually been quite good, there have been a few updates that were a little buggy, but WPS has generally cleaned that up fairly quickly. ----- ### "WPS IS BAD" — 1.0/5 > **SLAWOMIR** | *23. Juni 2025* | Alternative Medizin | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Very bad replacement for microsoft… Very bad replacement for microsoft office and especially power point as many previous presentations are not compatible with wps and there are many errors. Useless. But the worst thing about wps office is that they force windows to automatically make wps a default program. Whenever I make MS office a default the wps change it \!\!\! ----- ### "An Affordable Alternative to Microsoft Office" — 5.0/5 > **Gbenga** | *8. Februar 2023* | Tiefbau | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I love the PDF editing features in WPS Office, which I find to be even better than other software, The most impactful features of WPS Office include its compatibility with Microsoft Office formats, its suite of productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheet creation, and presentation software), and its affordability. it is user-friendly and its interface is similar to Microsoft Office, making it easy to use for those familiar with that software. > > **Nachteile**: I don't have personal issues with the software, However, I notice WPS Office does offer the ability to open and edit some Microsoft Office documents, but it usually comes out in the wrong formats. > > I highly recommend WPS Office to anyone in need of a good office software solution, whether for personal or work use. With its affordability, user-friendly interface, and compatibility with Microsoft Office formats, WPS Office provides a great alternative to more expensive productivity suites.
