They have tons of options and settings, lots of data, email campaigns and automated options. We can maintain contact info and notes on clients, realtors, other referral partners, and separate loan records for the same client(s). We like being able to log events and keep everyone in the loop.  I've had excellent experiences with customer support\! They've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever there's a concern. They helped us with onboarding and implementation and did a lot of the heavy lifting for us.

> **Nachteile**: I can get a little bogged down in all of the features and functionality. It can be cumbersome and cluttered and sometimes we feel like we are paying for lots of features that we aren't taking full advantage of. It has all the bells and whistles, but if you want something more streamlined and simple, it may be a bit too robust for you.

> Overall I would recommend BnTouch. It has all the functionality we need and then some. It can do anything we might ever want it to, and we could do a better job of utilizing this tool and making the most of what it's capable of.
