The all-in-one nature of the system is a huge advantage — having CRM, dispatching, project management, service management, invoicing, and reporting under one roof eliminates the headache of stitching together multiple tools. Estimate creation is streamlined, with templates and the ability to build out detailed scopes quickly, which has cut down quoting time significantly. The mobile app is genuinely strong for field technicians; they can access job details, capture photos, log time, and update statuses from the jobsite without calling the office. Scheduling and dispatching are visual and easy to manage, and the ability to see technician availability in real time is a big productivity win. Customer support has been responsive in my experience, and the onboarding team actually understands the trades rather than just walking through generic software features. Reporting gives good visibility into job profitability, technician performance, and pipeline health. > > **Nachteile**: The platform has a steeper learning curve than I expected — there are a lot of modules and settings, and getting the team fully up to speed took longer than anticipated.
