The reports and email open alerts are very useful.  
Capacity for larger videos and graphics than others I have worked with.
Good and prompt customer service
Good uniformity  across apps and desktop platforms as opposed to limited options of what you can do with apps of other services

My favorite feature of the software is the simple drag and drop email templates and creation.
