> **Vorteile**: Ease of use with the MAR. I also like how easy it is to complete the care plan assessment to turn those into daily tasks for the residents.

> **Nachteile**: Inability to customize for our population. I would also like to see as meds are completed for each med pass that the resident is greyed out showing that their meds are completed for that med pass time.

> Over all, it has been good. Customer support is always as helpful as they are able to be and is always willing to take suggestions to their team.

> **Vorteile**: Working with ECP is great. It is easy to navigate through different areas on it. Very convenient when you need to find a document quickly. Customer service is great also. Very friendly and can help navigate any concerns. Resident management is quick and efficient. You can set up tasks per your facility. Medication management is easy to follow. Security is great so no one can get into files that are not authorized to do so. ECP overall is a great tool for value of your money.

> **Nachteile**: I think it should have some type of backup when the internet connection is lost. Staff does get frustrated when and if we loose internet connection and they are not able to document.

> I have worked with ECP for many years and I love it. I would be lost without it. It has so many pro's and not alot of con's, that I have run into anyways. It saves alot of time when it comes to charting on residents.

> **Vorteile**: The customer service help line is ALWAYS patient, friendly, and courteous. They take the time to help you get it right, and if they can’t, they follow up promptly with someone who can. Truly dependable support\!

> **Nachteile**: It isn’t easy to scan in several documents and organize files efficiently. Ideally, if it would function more like Outlook or SharePoint, where you can move multiple files at once it would make digital filing with ECP much easier.

> ECP is a great platform\! Overall, I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. With a little fine-tuning, it would easily be a 5. The main areas for improvement are the small print within tenant files, the challenges with controlled count parameters during staffing shortages, and the filing process, which can feel like a chore. That said, the customer service is excellent, and the system is very user-friendly for everyday use.
