> **Nachteile**: If you forget your password or are otherwise unable to login to your account it can be a frustrating experience to reset it.  Sometimes the automated emails don't arrive until days later, or sometimes not at all.

> **Nachteile**: This place is a scam; I've had a few appointments where I'm trying to get very low-level medications, this time for high blood pressure. I have multiple devices to measure my blood pressure, and I have the data on my phone going back 8 years. The doctor said she couldn't prescribe a medication for the first time over Teladoc. The conversation was less than 2 minutes, and they refused to refund me "because the policy says there is no guarantee of getting medications."

The physician explained the diagnosis and medication efficiently and was very easy to understand medication and how to use. They also gave me a coupon for medication in case it cost a lot. This is an amazing service and I would recommend to anyone\!
