> **Vorteile**: This app is easy to train on and say to use. When delivering, all of the information is right on the main screen for you. The ability to message/call through the app is a game changer\! Truly everything you need in 1 spot.

> **Nachteile**: Though it is needed, the SOS button is difficult. You can make it around so that it's where you want it on your screen but there are times I come close to hitting the SOS button, no matter where I place it on the screen. It also requires always sharing your location with the app, and I always forget to turn that off when I'm not using the app. That's definitely user error but something to make note of.
