It also creates a electronic records system as a result.  It also provides real time information to avoid costly litigation over disparate treatment.

> **Nachteile**: Cannot think of any issues with this software.
> 
> Eliminated a paper driven system.  Discipline records can no longer leave with retirements or removal from decentralized files.  Saved a significant amount of funds on a recurring basis with legal and HR time savings.  Significantly improved success rate on grievances and potential litigation.

> It is a great time saver over drafting a letter from scratch or from another letter as a draft.  We have received many documents from other over the years where it is evident they used another letter or document and then forget to update to the correct person's name or some other information that doesn't pertain is left in.
