When we had deadlines materialize out of nowhere (things tend to happen like that when you're starting your own practice, I've come to \[painfully\] find out) he would find a way to fit me into his tight schedule to solve the issue swiftly and efficiently; at times, speaking directly to my web designer to expedite the process. I see i'm supposed to mention bugs and issues above. So far? I say that again, I did not purchase a product to only be left learning with minimal support. They check in, they provide work arounds and yes, I have witnessed them submitting bug fixes on my behalf. The power of this software is meeting and succeeding my expectations. Do not join the freeware crowd, your infrastructure can make or break you in time. I want to enjoy running my business, not dealing with poor performing software.
