April 2018* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I really like the simplicity of the interface. It functions and flows the way that you would expect it to. > > **Nachteile**: it's been a process getting the title commitments to show everything that we need shown. We've had to go back and forth with support a lot with this issue. ----- ### "A Fresh Approach to an Outdated Profession" — 5.0/5 > **Mitchell** | *11. Mai 2021* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: When I left my previous position at a larger title firm two years ago, Qualia was the platform we elected to move forward with and it has been a fantastic decision. The systems ease of use is second to none, and a great starting point for those wanting to utilize a small office. > > **Nachteile**: The system does not account for every possible situation that may occur in a real estate transaction, but the development team is responsive to inquiries, and once something has been brought to their attention, not only to they address the issue, but they often resolve the underlying issue to prevent it from becoming a recurring problem. > > I could not be happier with the experience. It's a platform focused on ease of use for both administrators and users. A perfect fit for those who have tried (and struggled) with other programs, due to lack of partner integrations. ----- ### "Sold Separately" — 1.0/5 > **Deborah** | *3. Februar 2022* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The products i prefer are all sold separately. > > **Nachteile**: Qualia fails to address the most simplest entries, all services are charged separately, all services are very expensive, I do regret obtaining this software. I have asked for a full or partial refund and cancellation and of course, like everything in Qualia I wont get a straight answer. WARNING\!\!\!\! Sign up if you don't mind viewing endless amounts of videos, if you don't mind each tab, service, folder having a different representative, sign up if you don't mind the reps/sales persons prancing around the answer or maybe they really don't know. Sign up if you don't mind the representatives sending you the Help Tab for any small question, Sign up if you don't mind the rep's exchange of endless emails and then after you are fed up with the run around you receive an email with their schedule so you can click, click and click away and the endless amounts of run arounds. The software would be much better if they had proper consulting with the actual users. But beware they will probably charge you extra for common sense features. So sorry that i have to place these review but this is the way I feel about this software. ----- ### "Awesome Product" — 5.0/5 > **Lauren** | *21. August 2020* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Very easy to use. Easy to integrate your own documents. Updates are always available. From a post-closing point of view , Qualia gives us the option to record directly our documents to Simplifile which makes the process more efficient and faster. > > **Nachteile**: Not much to dislike about the product. Would like to have the ability to write some comments in color font. > > Qualia has made a huge difference in our productivity and propelled us to the 21st century\! We are getting more real estate transactions due to the fact that we can rely on our software to provide our customer with a more accurate and efficient job. ----- ### "Qualia changed the way we do closings\!" — 4.0/5 > **Valerie** | *1. Oktober 2019* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I love the interaction this software creates among all parties in the transaction. You can log in and see what's going on if you are a buyer, seller or agent at all times. It makes working on files from home or if you need to fill in for another closer in another office everyone has access to the files. It flows well and helps us do our jobs easier > > **Nachteile**: There are some issues with electronic signing of documents when you have to bring a document into Qualia from your computer. Sometimes it doesn't allow the documents to be signed. If the buyer or seller only has one email address for both husband and wife it creates issues as well. > > overall, i love working with this software. It was easy to learn and change to from our previous program. I worked for over 10 years on a different program and this is by far much better. ----- Seite: 1 / 10\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.de/software/170543/qualia?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.de/software/170543/qualia) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
