> **Nachteile**: I stopped using their services well over a year ago. But to my surprise they were charging me $25 per month for nothing. I had zero phone numbers or services. They don't let you downgrade either.You can't stop the monthly charges on the website, as it doesn't allow you to do so.

> I sent tickets asking for a refund, they won't. Even though they know I havn't used any of their services for over a year. Extremely bad business that doesn't care about their customers. I was going to activate a new number today and I was shocked to see they were charging to my business bank account every month for nothing.End of the day, they dont care\!
